The views at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk were absolutely stunning when we checked in and out. The sight of the mountains in the distance was truly breathtaking and made our stay extra special. The staff's warm welcome and helpful attitude left a lasting impression, and the thoughtful touches in the room made us feel truly valued as guests.

The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms were well-kept in general, by the front desk. The breakfast was full of above average and free options.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provides guests with easy access to a business center that offers printing, copying, and fax services, as well as well-equipped event facilities consisting of conference space and meeting rooms.

The one service that I missed for my work was the unavailability of a dedicated co-working space or a quiet area for remote work within the hotel premises.

The hotel had a central location down off the mountain. Popped in Monarch Chophouse for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue.

we stayed at ameristar casino and found the rooftop pool and hot tubs to be great. the room was spacious and clean, and the sportsbook and casino areas were nice with lots of options. most of the gaming staff were polite and helpful, and the location is central.

All the rooms are well-kept and well decorated with a jacuzzi tub and the staff are knowledgeable.

Recently renovated and clean place offers above average breakfast and favourable location to casinos in Vegas where the staff was less stressed out with double the amount of people walking in the doors. The rooms here are stylish and comfortable modern. The staff are friendly and really friendly and I greatly enjoyed their attitude. Thank you for a good stay.

The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with the most beautiful floral arrangements and comfortable seating areas that made me feel right at home. The general areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the easy accessibility for us seniors, with spacious and well-lit hallways and convenient elevators that made getting around a breeze.

I would ask for better accommodation for senior vacationers, such as more assistance from the children of the staff to ensure a truly relaxed and enjoyable stay.
